About the Role
The Events Lead - APAC role at Elevenlabs is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced events marketer to lead the planning and execution of impactful events across India and the wider APAC region. This role will play a key part in deepening Elevenlabs' presence, driving brand awareness, and generating high-quality pipeline in partnership with the India marketing lead and the GTM teams. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for adapting and localizing successful playbooks from the US and EU programs for the APAC market, while also identifying new, high-impact opportunities unique to the region.As part of the Elevenlabs team, you will be working in a fast-paced environment that values creativity, commitment, and excellence. What You Will Do
- Own the full lifecycle of in-person owned events, third-party tech conferences, executive dinners, workshops, webinars, sponsorships, and strategic partnerships
- Adapt and localize successful playbooks from the US and EU programs for the APAC market
- Identify new, high-impact opportunities unique to the APAC region
- Collaborate closely with sales to target the right audiences, build invite strategies, and ensure strong event follow-through
- Partner with marketing to develop event toolkits, content, and drive post-event analysis to measure success and optimize future activations
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and deliverables
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and internal teams
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies that can enhance event experiences
- Contribute to the development of the company's event marketing strategy, providing insights and recommendations
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in event marketing, preferably in the tech or software industry
- Proven track record of planning and executing successful events that meet business objectives
- Strong understanding of the APAC market, including cultural nuances and event planning specifics
- Experience with GTM strategies and Excel
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box
- Experience with event marketing tools and software, such as event management platforms and CRM systems

- Experience with AI-powered event marketing tools and technologies
- Knowledge of the latest event marketing trends and best practices
- Certification in event marketing or a related field
- Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment
- Fluency in multiple languages, with a focus on languages spoken in the APAC region
