What You Will Do
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned enterprise organizations in the East Region.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan tailored to the region, focusing on high-growth potential accounts.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers across various levels within the organizations.
- Articulate the value proposition of Iterable's AI-powered customer engagement platform to diverse stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales Development Representatives, to strategize and execute outbound prospecting plans.
- Lead the sales cycle from initial contact to close, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for potential clients.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to continually refine and improve the sales strategy.
- Work closely with the customer success team to ensure a smooth transition post-sale and to identify potential upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI, marketing technology, and customer engagement strategies, applying this knowledge to enhance the sales approach.
What We Are Looking For
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the technology or software industry, with a focus on enterprise sales.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets, with experience in managing and closing large, complex deals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, customer engagement principles, and the role of AI in enhancing customer experiences.
- Experience working with CRM software and other sales tools, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, though equivalent experience will also be considered.
