About the Role

The Executive Account Manager role at Partner One Capital is a critical position that requires a unique blend of sales expertise, industry knowledge, and strategic thinking. As a key member of the sales team, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing the company's enterprise software sales in a defined territory. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including sales engineering, professional services, and product management, to deliver complex software solutions to large enterprises. What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive sales growth and expansion in the enterprise software market
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling existing clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at large enterprises
  • Collaborate with sales engineering, professional services, and product management teams to deliver complex software solutions
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform account planning and strategy

What We Are Looking For

  • At least 5 years of experience in enterprise software sales, with a focus on information security
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Strong understanding of the information security domain and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent sales and account management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior-level decision-makers
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales engineering, professional services, and product management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with Excel and other sales analytics tools to analyze sales data and inform account planning
  • Knowledge of the NetWitness product line and the ability to communicate its value to clients
  • Experience working in a remote sales environment and managing a sales territory remotely
  • Certification in sales or a related field, such as a CRM or sales methodology
