About the Role
The Executive Assistant role at CrowdStrike is a critical support function for the Vice Presidents within the Alliances organization and the wider leadership team. This position requires a proactive and resourceful individual who can ensure seamless operations, drive strategic priorities, and foster strong relationships across the organization and beyond. As a key member of the team, the Executive Assistant will work closely with executives, business partners, and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives.The ideal candidate will thrive in a high-pressure environment, excelling in building relationships and managing complex global logistics. With a keen eye for detail and exceptional problem-solving skills, this individual will anticipate the needs of the executive team and proactively bring together the necessary stakeholders and resources to drive decision-making.
What You Will Do
- Strategically prioritize and align schedules with key business objectives, ensuring efficient time management in line with company goals
- Proactively prioritize executive's time and commitments, always staying one step ahead and making decisions based on future events
- Anticipate the needs of the executive and proactively bring together the appropriate stakeholders and resources to support decision-making
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to foster collaboration, streamline communication, and resolve potential redundancies
- Manage external contacts and quickly identify primary stakeholders, understanding their importance to the business and tracking necessary communication
- Establish high-level contacts of a sensitive nature inside and outside the company and maintain those relationships
- Partner closely with executives, business partners, and executive assistants on cross-functional events and scheduling
- Ensure that priorities for the executive are cascaded to the appropriate administrative staff supporting key cross-functional partners
- Serve as a liaison between Falcon Complete leadership and other departments across CrowdStrike
- Manage meeting logistics, prepare agendas, take detailed notes, and follow up on action items to ensure efficient and productive meetings
- Attend meetings, communicate agendas, take notes, track action items, and hold stakeholders accountable
- Assist in coordinating the agenda and presentation materials for senior management team meetings, off-sites, and all-hands meetings
- Provide proactive scheduling and calendar support across multiple time zones, including domestic and international schedules
- Ensure thorough preparation for all commitments, including briefing materials, meeting agendas, and itineraries
- Coordinate schedules across multiple VPs, identifying opportunities for efficiency and alignment
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience as an executive assistant, preferably in a fast-paced technology or cybersecurity environment
- Proven track record of providing exceptional support to senior executives, with a strong focus on relationship-building and strategic prioritization
- Expert-level proficiency in calendar management, scheduling, and travel coordination
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with scheduling tools and software
- Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving

- Experience working with Adjust or similar analytics tools
- Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and practices
- Certification in executive assistance or a related field
- Experience working in a global, distributed team environment
- Proficiency in multiple languages
