About the Role

The Executive Assistant role at Cyara is a unique opportunity to join the company at an exciting stage of growth, providing high-level administrative support to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team. As a trusted partner, you will help ensure key priorities are aligned, decisions are executed, and the business operates effectively. You will coordinate executive activities, manage critical communications, support strategic initiatives, and act as a central connector across the organization.

The role entails day-to-day support of the CEO, including calendar management, travel coordination, expense administration, meeting preparation, and note-taking. You will also serve as an extension of the CEO, managing follow-ups, tracking action items, and ensuring the CEO remains organized and focused on key strategic priorities.

What You Will Do

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team
  • Coordinate executive activities, including calendar management and travel coordination
  • Manage critical communications, including email and phone correspondence
  • Support strategic initiatives, including research and data analysis
  • Act as a central connector across the organization, facilitating communication and collaboration
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, customers, and partners
  • Prepare meeting materials, including agendas, minutes, and presentations
  • Manage expense administration, including expense reports and reimbursements
  • Coordinate special projects and events, including conferences and workshops
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's operations, including products, services, and policies

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, including data analysis and reporting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
  • Strong business acumen, with a thorough understanding of business operations and management
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records

  • Certification in administrative assistance or a related field
