About the Role

The Executive Assistant role at Cyara is a unique opportunity to join a global leader in AI-powered customer experience assurance. As a trusted partner to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team, you will provide high-level administrative support, ensuring key priorities are aligned, decisions are executed, and the business operates effectively. Your day-to-day activities will include coordinating executive activities, managing critical communications, supporting strategic initiatives, and acting as a central connector across the organization.

The role requires a proactive, highly organized professional with strong business acumen, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels. You will be an extension of the CEO, helping drive follow-through, maintaining momentum on important initiatives, and ensuring leaders are prepared to make informed decisions.

What You Will Do

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team
  • Coordinate executive activities, including calendar management, travel coordination, and expense administration
  • Manage critical communications, including meeting preparation, note-taking, and follow-up actions
  • Support strategic initiatives, including project coordination, data analysis, and presentation development
  • Act as a central connector across the organization, maintaining visibility into executive priorities and surfacing communication gaps or operational issues
  • Develop and edit presentations, executive briefs, agendas, talking points, and other supporting materials
  • Support internal communications, including organizational announcements, board-related materials, and other business-critical documentation
  • Plan and coordinate company-wide events, including All Hands meetings, executive offsites, leadership meetings, and strategic planning sessions
  • Partner with the executive team and department leaders on special projects, culture and engagement initiatives, and other business needs
  • Ensure the CEO remains organized, well-prepared, and focused on key strategic priorities

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience providing direct administrative support to C-level executives
  • Strong business acumen with a clear understanding of executive operations, organizational priorities, and board relations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail, with experience in data analysis, presentation development, and project coordination
  • Experience with calendar management, travel coordination, and expense administration
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced, or distributed environment
  • Knowledge of AI-powered customer experience assurance and its applications
  • Certification in administrative assistance or a related field
  • Experience with project management tools, such as Asana or Trello
