## What You Will Do - Manage the company's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements - Develop and implement administrative processes and procedures to ensure the efficient operation of the company's day-to-day activities - Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars - Manage the company's expense reports, including processing invoices and reimbursing expenses - Provide administrative support to the company's leadership team, including preparing documents, reports, and presentations - Develop and maintain the company's administrative systems, including databases and spreadsheets - Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of goods and services - Manage the company's email and phone communications, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues - Develop and implement a system for tracking and managing the company's administrative tasks and operations - Collaborate with the company's leadership team to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives

## What We Are Looking For - 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or Senior Administrative Assistant - Expertise in calendar triage, expense management, and travel coordination - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Gmail - Experience with administrative software, including Concur, Expensify, and Ramp - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with the company's leadership team and external vendors - Ability to work independently and asynchronously, with minimal supervision - Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field

## Nice to Have - Experience working in a remote or virtual environment - Familiarity with corporate travel platforms, including Navan and TravelPerk - Certification in administrative assisting, such as the Certified Administrative Assistant (CAA) or the Certified Executive Assistant (CEA) - Experience with project management software, including Asana, Trello, or Basecamp
