About the Role
The Executive Assistant role at Mozilla is a unique opportunity to support the company's Vice Presidents on the Communications Marketing Policy Leadership Team. As a key point of contact, you will be responsible for ensuring timely communication and follow-up between executives, their teams, and internal and external partners. Your day-to-day tasks will include managing administrative duties, handling sensitive information with discretion, and coordinating meetings and events.Mozilla is a non-profit-backed technology company that has been a driving force in shaping the internet for the better over the last 25 years. What You Will Do
- Act as a key point of contact between executives, their teams, and internal and external partners
- Handle sensitive information with the highest degree of discretion
- Manage a wide range of administrative tasks, including calendar management and travel coordination
- Support executives across US and EU time zones
- Coordinate internal and external meetings
- Plan logistics and events for team and executive offsites and work weeks
- Build relationships within the organization
- Develop and maintain procedures to ensure efficient operations
- Collaborate with other teams to achieve company-wide goals
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of administrative experience in a technology company or multi-location environment
- Experience in coordinating with sensitive, high-stakes external teams
- Attention to detail and ability to manage ambiguity
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to take initiative and solve problems
- Experience with Google Suite

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
