About the Role

The Executive Assistant role at Plaid is a critical component of the company's success, providing administrative and project support to GTM leaders and their teams. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings, and developing strong relationships with internal and external partners. Your day-to-day activities will involve supporting partnership development, calendar management, and project coordination, ensuring seamless execution of projects and initiatives.

The GTM team at Plaid is responsible for driving revenue growth and partnership development, and as an Executive Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting these efforts. You will work closely with the team to develop and implement project plans, manage budgets, and coordinate travel arrangements. What You Will Do

  • Provide executive and administrative support to 3-4 GTM leaders and teams
  • Efficiently manage and own complex calendars, scheduling, and logistics for leaders
  • Partner closely with leaders and teams, both internally and externally, with composure and discretion
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring agendas are tracked and action items are circulated and followed up on
  • Execute cross-functional projects, including drafting team-wide communications and managing logistics for All Hands and internal events
  • Manage complex travel arrangements and coordination
  • Own end-to-end planning, vendor management, and execution of onsites and team events
  • Provide budget oversight and manage expenses across teams
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to support the team

What We Are Looking For

  • 1-3 years of experience providing administrative or project support, preferably in a fast-paced technology or high-growth environment
  • Experience directly supporting Directors, Senior Managers, or similar high-level team leads
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and exhibits a strong sense of ownership
  • Motivated and resourceful self-starter who can fearlessly execute and navigate through ambiguity and think on their feet
  • Agility and flexibility to quickly respond to changing priorities and proactivity in anticipating the needs of others
  • A high degree of emotional intelligence coupled with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Proven ability to build strong partnerships and provide reliable, consistent support to colleagues and partners across the organization
  • Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Experience with calendar management and travel coordination

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana or Trello
  • Knowledge of GTM strategies and principles
  • Certification in administrative assistance or a related field
