About the Role

As an Executive Assistant at Solventum, you will be part of a dynamic team that enables better, smarter, and safer healthcare. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include providing comprehensive administrative support to the President and AWC Global Portfolio leadership team. The AWC Global Portfolio leadership team is dedicated to solving the toughest challenges in healthcare, and your role will be crucial in supporting their efforts. You will be working closely with executive-level customers and healthcare professionals, requiring strong communication and interpersonal skills. Your ability to interpret and administer corporate policies and procedures will also be essential in this role.

What You Will Do

  • Provide administrative support to the President and AWC Global Portfolio leadership team
  • Schedule and support on- and off-site meetings, video conferences, and teleconferences
  • Create and compile meeting materials, including agendas, pre-read material, presentations, and meeting summaries
  • Brief the leadership team on items for consideration
  • Support organization employee engagement activities
  • Directly interact with executive-level customers and healthcare professionals on behalf of the business
  • Interpret and administer corporate policies and procedures
  • Perform administrative duties, such as coordinating travel, managing calendars, and reviewing incoming correspondence
  • Suggest and implement improvements to office and department procedures, methods, and quality goals
  • Manage confidential, sensitive, and restricted business information
  • Support executive-level professionals with various tasks and projects

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited university and 5 years of combined experience in an administrative assistant function
  • Alternatively, a High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution and 10 years of combined experience in an administrative assistant function
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Highly developed written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Experience in database management and expense reporting

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in the healthcare industry
  • Knowledge of budgeting and financial management
  • Certification in administrative assistance or a related field
  • Experience with travel coordination and event planning
