About the Role

The Executive Assistant to the Founders is a critical role at Silhouette Group Inc., providing high-level support to the company's leadership team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing the founders' schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling confidential matters with discretion and professionalism. Your exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of the founders' daily activities.

The role is fully remote, with occasional travel required, and the successful candidate will be expected to work independently and collaboratively as part of a global team. What You Will Do

  • Manage the founders' schedules, including coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism
  • Provide administrative support, including preparing documents, reports, and presentations
  • Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital
  • Coordinate with other teams and departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Prepare and distribute meeting materials, agendas, and minutes
  • Conduct research and analyze data to inform business decisions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and clients
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, escalating to the founders as necessary
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to drive business growth

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role
  • Proven track record of providing high-level support to senior executives
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong digital skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a global team
  • Experience with remote work and collaboration tools, such as Zoom and Slack
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or communications
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with founders or senior executives in a startup or growth-stage company
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, such as Asana or Trello
  • Certification in executive assistance or a related field
