About the Role
The Executive Assistant to the CEO at Directive plays a crucial role in supporting the company's leadership team. As a key member of the team, this individual will work closely with the CEO to manage day-to-day tasks, coordinate meetings, and prioritize multiple projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative support, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing the CEO's schedule, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing meeting materials. This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. The Executive Assistant will also serve as a liaison to the senior management team, organizing and coordinating executive outreach and external relations efforts.

What You Will Do
- Provide administrative support to the CEO, including managing their schedule and coordinating travel arrangements
- Coordinate and prepare meeting materials for senior management team meetings and all-staff meetings
- Serve as a liaison to the senior management team, organizing and coordinating executive outreach and external relations efforts
- Prioritize multiple tasks and projects, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of attention to detail
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including staff and external partners
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism
- Coordinate and plan corporate events and travel arrangements
- Assist in creating and implementing processes to improve efficiency and productivity
- Provide support for special projects and initiatives as needed
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience supporting C-Level Executives, preferably in a digital marketing organization
- Bachelor's degree required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience with founder branding and executive management/support
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Nice to Have
- Experience with internal and external communications, partnership development, and creating efficiencies in day-to-day tasks
- Familiarity with project management tools and software
- Certification in administrative support or a related field
- Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment
