## About the Role As an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at Mercor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting a busy principal with administrative tasks, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Your expertise in calendar triage, multi-timezone scheduling, and expense systems will be crucial in maintaining the CEO's schedule and travel arrangements. You will work closely with the CEO, anticipating needs and providing proactive support to ensure the CEO can focus on high-level strategic decisions.

As part of a dynamic team, you will report directly to the CEO, working collaboratively to achieve organizational goals. Your role will involve preparing itineraries, agendas, and expense packages, ensuring all administrative artifacts are accurate and up-to-date.
## What You Will Do - Manage the CEO's calendar, coordinating meetings and appointments across multiple time zones.
- Coordinate travel arrangements using corporate travel platforms such as Navan and TravelPerk.
- Prepare and submit expense reports using systems like Concur, Expensify, or Ramp.
- Develop and implement efficient administrative processes to support the CEO and the organization.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key external partners and stakeholders.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and conferences, ensuring all logistical arrangements are in place.
- Manage the CEO's inbox, responding to emails and messages on their behalf when necessary.
- Conduct research and prepare briefs on various topics as requested by the CEO.
- Expertise in principal-level calendar triage, multi-timezone scheduling, and expense systems.
- Proficiency in corporate travel platforms and expense management systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate reasoning and encode it into deterministic rubrics.
- Experience working in a remote environment, with a strong understanding of async communication operations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
- Familiarity with digital tools and software used in administrative roles.
- High level of organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and paid media, with an understanding of how administrative roles support these functions.
- Certification in executive assistance or a related field.
