About the Role

The Executive Assistant role at Triwill Group is a full-time, remote position designed to provide high-level administrative support to executive leadership. This critical role ensures the seamless operation of daily activities, from calendar management to travel coordination, and facilitates effective communication both internally and externally. As a key member of the team, the Executive Assistant will work closely with executives to anticipate needs, manage complex schedules, and maintain confidentiality.

What You Will Do

  • Manage executive calendars, coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare and manage expense reports accurately and efficiently
  • Provide administrative support, including preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Ensure effective communication on behalf of executive leadership, both written and verbal
  • Develop and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital, to ensure easy access to information
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and car rentals
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Support the planning and execution of events, meetings, and conferences
  • Conduct research and provide data to support business decisions
  • Liaise with internal teams, such as marketing and sales, to facilitate cross-functional projects

What We Are Looking For

  • Ability to provide comprehensive executive administrative assistance
  • Experience with preparing and managing expense reports
  • Strong skills in executive support, including scheduling and travel coordination
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Superior organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in office software, including Excel, and scheduling tools
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Prior experience in the printing or packaging industry is a plus
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

  • Experience with project management tools and software
