About the Role

What You Will Do

What We Are Looking For

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably supporting C-level executives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with calendar management, travel coordination, and expense reporting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality, with the ability to handle sensitive information.
