What You Will Do
- Manage and coordinate client schedules, ensuring that all appointments and meetings are properly arranged
- Provide exceptional support to clients, responding to queries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize digital tools to streamline workflow, manage data, and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and project delivery
- Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity
- Analyze and resolve problems, escalating issues to senior management as necessary
- Prepare and distribute reports, documents, and other materials as required
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Zirtual's services and policies
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in a remote work environment
- High level of digital literacy, with proficiency in tools such as Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and project management software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, with a high level of self-motivation and discipline
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- High school diploma or equivalent required, with a degree in business administration or a related field preferred
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities

- Experience working with clients in the digital marketing or tech industries
- Certification in administration or a related field, such as a Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) designation
