About the Role
The Executive Briefing Specialist role at New Relic is a unique opportunity to work with a global team of innovators and pioneers in the field of observability. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing executive briefing events from start to finish, ensuring that every briefing is seamless, strategic, and impactful. You will work closely with sales teams and key stakeholders to support the creation of a premium experience that drives business growth, strengthens key relationships, and showcases product innovation. Day-to-day, you will be responsible for managing multiple executive briefing events, acting as the point of contact for our sales and services counterparts. You will interact with all levels and roles of employees, from CEO to engineers and product managers, and serve as an effective liaison between the account owner and the various teams needed to fulfill the agenda for each briefing event. - Manage multiple executive briefing events from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution and strategic impact
- Act as the primary point of contact for sales and services counterparts
- Interact with all levels and roles of employees, from CEO to engineers and product managers
- Serve as an effective liaison between the account owner and the various teams needed to fulfill the agenda for each briefing event
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sales teams and high-level executives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the creation of a premium experience that drives business growth and showcases product innovation
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that every briefing is strategic, impactful, and tailored to the needs of the stakeholder
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in observability and digital transformation
- Utilize tools like Excel to analyze data and present findings to stakeholders
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in a related field, such as sales, marketing, or event management
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events and stakeholders simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with all levels and roles of employees
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
