## About the Role As an Executive Business Partner at Dropbox, you will play a critical role in supporting a C-Level Executive, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and facilitating strategic decision-making. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external contacts, and contribute to the company's continued success. The Executive Business Partner role requires a high level of discretion, organizational skills, and attention to detail. You will be responsible for managing complex calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing expense reports. Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build trust with internal stakeholders and external contacts, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of issues.

As a key member of the admin team, you will partner with other admins and senior leaders to align calendar availability, ensure the Executive's availability for meetings, and balance managerial and personal demands. You will also plan and execute on-site and off-site meetings, dinners, and events, including those with customers.

## What You Will Do - Strategically maintain sensitive information and complex calendars in a rapidly changing environment - Partner with other admins and senior leaders to align calendar availability and ensure the Executive's availability for meetings - Plan and execute on-site and off-site meetings, dinners, and events, including those with customers - Arrange domestic and international travel arrangements - Prepare monthly expense reports and coordinate other documentation as needed - Coordinate special projects as needed - Serve as the face of Dropbox on behalf of your lead and act as a liaison, building great relationships with internal stakeholders and external contacts - Partner with the admin community to ensure seamless operations and knowledge sharing

## What We Are Looking For - 5+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably supporting C-Level Executives - Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion - Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Experience with calendar management, travel arrangement, and expense reporting - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

## Nice to Have - Experience working in a remote or virtual environment - Familiarity with Dropbox products and services - Certification in administrative professionals, such as CAP or OM - Bilingual or multilingual skills
