What You Will Do

  • Partner with executives to understand their priorities and manage complex calendars
  • Provide proactive calendar support, including scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and ensure timely execution
  • Develop and maintain relationships with direct reports, administrative business partners, and other stakeholders
  • Prepare meeting materials, including agendas, presentations, and minutes
  • Manage expenses, organize special events, and coordinate team activities
  • Collaborate with peer Executive Business Partners to achieve company goals and objectives
  • Develop a deep understanding of the overall business to support your leader and team

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in an administrative or business operations role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with calendar management and travel coordination
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
