About the Role
The Executive Carrier Manager role at Panamax is a unique opportunity for French-speaking professionals to leverage their skills in digital marketing, account management, and market research to drive business growth in the European and African markets. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of French-speaking SMEs, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth through lead conversion and account management.The role requires a strong understanding of the French-speaking market, with a focus on building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers at SMEs. You will work closely with the internal team to coordinate tasks, manage reports, and drive business growth.
What You Will Do
- Manage a portfolio of French-speaking SMEs, with a focus on building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers
- Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth through lead conversion and account management
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
- Develop and execute Account Plans to achieve sales targets and expand existing relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and support
- Manage and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and customers
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging trends, applying this knowledge to drive business growth
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies
- Manage and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
What We Are Looking For
- Fluency in French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
