Job Description

About the Role

The Executive Director, General Partner, will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction of assigned biopharma accounts. This leadership position will focus on cultivating deep relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding the company's commercial presence. As a key member of the team, the Executive Director will work closely with the commercial Group Leader to accelerate growth and foster strong partnerships.

The role entails developing and implementing account plans, driving engagement between senior executives, and making connections to identify new business areas. The Executive Director will also establish robust stakeholder management across all business units and serve as the central point of contact for internal and external communication.

What You Will Do

  • Cultivate and expand deep relationships with clients at the highest levels
  • Establish and grow customer loyalty and delight through proactive engagement
  • Drive engagement between senior executives to foster trust and confidence
  • Make connections to identify new business areas and expand the company's footprint
  • Develop and maintain active account plans and demonstrate progress against planned strategies
  • Proactively solicit feedback from internal and external stakeholders to capture business intelligence
  • Coach the team and be involved in proposals and bid defenses
  • Own partnership pursuits efforts within the account
  • Develop and maintain robust stakeholder management across all business units
  • Serve as the central point of contact for internal and external communication
  • Drive team to achieve targets within the Clinical Development Services Division

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience in biopharma account management or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce and Excel
  • Proven track record of driving strategic growth and customer loyalty
