About the Role

The Executive Director of K12 Academic Partnerships at Dreamscape Learn is a strategic sales leadership role that will drive the company's growth in the K12 market. As a seasoned edtech sales leader, you will be responsible for establishing and managing key partnerships with school districts, leveraging your expertise to position Dreamscape Learn as a category-defining leader in immersive learning experiences. Your day-to-day will involve working closely with senior district leadership, understanding their challenges, and developing tailored solutions to meet their needs.

As a key member of the sales team, you will be expected to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure seamless execution and maximum impact.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the K12 landscape, with a proven track record of selling innovative edtech solutions to senior district leadership. You will be a strategic thinker, able to navigate complex institutional procurement processes and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion in the K12 sector
  • Establish and manage key partnerships with school districts, leveraging your expertise to position Dreamscape Learn as a trusted advisor and strategic partner
  • Work closely with senior district leadership to understand their challenges and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure seamless execution and maximum impact
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity, providing strategic insights to inform product direction and go-to-market evolution
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified sales opportunities, ensuring consistent attainment of revenue growth and market expansion objectives
  • Provide executive leadership with market intelligence, customer insights, and strategic feedback to inform product direction and long-term company strategy
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to evangelize Dreamscape Learn's ground-breaking approach to story-driven, VR-enabled immersive learning
  • Work with internal colleagues to execute demand creation campaigns and lead generation initiatives to fill the sales funnel

What We Are Looking For

  • 10+ years of sustained, proven success selling high-value innovative educational technology solutions to senior K12 leadership
  • Proven ability to evangelize and sell six-figure category-creating education solutions into complex decision-making and procurement environments
  • Exceptional executive communication, strategic influence, and relationship-building capabilities
  • Expert qualification and territory management skills
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and help build scalable market strategies
  • Experience working within high-growth, innovative, or category-defining organizations
  • Deep understanding of the evolving K12 landscape, including instructional innovation, digital transformation, and emerging learning models
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Proficiency in Excel and other productivity tools
