About the Role

The Executive Recruiter role at Zero Hash is a unique opportunity to work with a leading crypto and stablecoin infrastructure platform. As a strategic talent advisor, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring key leadership positions. Your expertise will be crucial in managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for critical, high-impact roles. You will work closely with the executive leadership team, providing guidance and advice on talent pools, compensation trends, and recruitment landscape.

The role entails developing and executing advanced search strategies, calibrating candidates with hiring managers, and leading client update meetings on active searches. Your ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment will be essential, as you manage multiple high-priority executive searches simultaneously.

As a remote worker, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere in the Americas timezone, allowing you to balance your work and personal life effectively.

What You Will Do

  • Utilize advanced and creative search strategies to identify and engage passive executive talent
  • Calibrate candidates with hiring managers and senior leaders to ensure the best fit
  • Develop prospects into candidates through engagement and assessment
  • Lead client update meetings on active searches to keep stakeholders informed
  • Provide strategic guidance and advice to executive leadership on talent acquisition
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform recruitment decisions
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for critical, high-impact roles
  • Collaborate with the executive leadership team to develop and implement recruitment strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in executive recruitment

What We Are Looking For

  • 8+ years of progressive corporate and/or search firm recruiting experience
  • 5+ years of experience advising and influencing executive leadership
  • Track record of strong stakeholder management and attention to detail
  • Ability to use data and analytics to inform and advise recruitment decisions
  • Experience working in both retained executive search firms and in-house corporate executive recruiting teams
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools such as Breezy, Gem, and LinkedIn search
  • Industry-specific hiring experience in crypto, blockchain, and fintech
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with digital assets and financial services
  • Knowledge of stablecoins, tokenization, and onchain financial services
  • Familiarity with the Americas timezone and remote work environment
  • Certification in executive recruitment or a related field
  • Experience with category-defining narratives in the fintech industry
