About the Role
The Executive Recruitment Partner role at Keller Haldren is an exceptional opportunity for experienced recruiters to take control of their careers while backed by a global brand. As a partner, you will have the autonomy to build and grow your own recruitment business, leveraging the infrastructure, brand recognition, and support of an established global recruitment organization. The role entails managing the full recruitment lifecycle independently, from sourcing candidates to closing deals, and building strong client relationships. You will be responsible for generating business through existing relationships and identifying new opportunities. As a Keller Haldren partner, you will be part of a global network of talented recruiters, with access to proven systems, technology platforms, and back-office infrastructure.What You Will Do
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to closing deals
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities
- Generate business through existing relationships and networks
- Utilize Excel and other tools to track performance and analyze data
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
- Collaborate with the global partner network to share knowledge and best practices
- Access and utilize professional marketing materials and digital assets
- Leverage the Keller Haldren brand to establish immediate credibility with clients and candidates
- Connect with fellow partners worldwide for cross-border placements and knowledge sharing
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of proven recruitment experience with a track record of successful placements and client relationships
- Demonstrated ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle independently
- Strong client relationship management skills and ability to generate business through existing relationships
- Self-starter mentality with business development capabilities
- Strong understanding of employment law and recruitment practices
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English essential
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a global team
- Proficiency in Excel and other recruitment tools
