About the Role
The Executive Talent Acquisition Partner will lead and execute on all senior-level recruiting efforts across Trucordia's rapidly growing insurance brokerage. As a strategic advisor to executive leadership, this role will drive full-cycle recruitment for Director, Vice President, and C-Suite level positions, building a best-in-class leadership team to support the organization's continued expansion. The ideal candidate will be a proactive relationship builder, a strong business partner, and an expert in executive search, particularly within the insurance, financial services, or professional services industries.Trucordia is experiencing rapid growth, and this role will be instrumental in identifying and attracting top talent to drive business success. The Executive Talent Acquisition Partner will work closely with senior executives and department heads to understand current and future hiring needs, designing tailored search strategies to meet business objectives.
What You Will Do
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for Director, VP, and Executive-level roles across all business functions
- Develop and manage a robust pipeline of senior leadership talent through networking, market mapping, research, and targeted sourcing strategies
- Leverage expertise in executive search methodologies, including passive talent engagement, talent intelligence, and market insights
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives and department heads, offering insights on talent strategy, organizational design, and succession planning
- Consult with leadership to understand current and future hiring needs and design tailored search strategies to meet business objectives
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience reflective of Trucordia's high-performance culture and values
- Manage executive interview processes, including stakeholder alignment, competency evaluation, and debrief facilitation
- Build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including potential candidates, industry partners, and executive search partners when relevant
- Operate with full-stack ownership of the recruiting lifecycle, including any administrative or operational work required to maintain pipeline velocity and a white-glove candidate experience
- Champion best-in-class hiring practices and ensure an equitable and inclusive recruitment process for all senior-level searches
What We Are Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 7 years focused on executive or senior-level recruitment
- Proven track record successfully recruiting Director, VP, and C-Suite talent in insurance, brokerage, financial services, or similar industries
- Strong understanding of organizational dynamics in a high-growth or multi-site environment
- Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and influencing skills
- Experience using talent intelligence tools, executive search research strategies, and CRM/ATS systems
- Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Strong proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Nice to Have
- Preferred executive search firm or retained search experience
- Experience supporting rapid expansion or M&A-driven growth
- Familiarity with leadership assessment tools or competency-based interviewing frameworks
- Knowledge of the insurance, financial services, or professional services industries
- Certification in talent acquisition or a related field
