Job Description

## About the Role The Executive Transformation Program Lead is a critical role at Openai, responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive transformation program for senior executives. This program aims to empower leaders to drive AI adoption within their organizations, resulting in tangible business outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI transformation, GTM, and programmatic skills, with a proven track record of leading cross-functional programs. The role involves close collaboration with various stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing, Product, Solutions, Customer Success, and Legal/Security teams. The goal is to create a seamless and integrated experience for executives, enabling them to become internal champions of AI adoption. The program will focus on delivering hands-on execution, providing leaders with the necessary tools and workflows to automate and drive business outcomes. As the Executive Transformation Program Lead, you will be responsible for defining and launching the program, building the program strategy, operating model, and quality bar. You will also design invitation-only executive build sessions and cohorts, ensuring that every attendee has ownership and a clear follow-up path. ## What You Will Do - Define and launch the Executive Transformation Program - Build the program strategy, operating model, quality bar, and embedded experience mechanics - Design invitation-only executive build sessions and cohorts - Convert executive experiences into account motion - Ensure every attendee has ownership and a clear follow-up path - Help attendees become internal champions, with shareable artifacts that spread adoption - Partner with Sales and Marketing to connect experiences to pursuits, expansion, and executive relationships - Run the embedded experience and create transformation artifacts - Design post-event follow-through, including ownership, handoffs, content reuse, and internal artifacts - Produce outputs like transformation memos, build-session artifacts, how-to videos, agent patterns, and enablement assets - Represent field learning internally and bring operator signal back to Product, Solutions, and GTM - Build the operating system, defining staffing models, handoffs, measurement, quality standards, and repeatable assets - Orchestrate cross-functional execution, aligning stakeholder roles, handoffs, escalation paths, and maintaining a strong customer experience - Measure and scale the program, defining leading and lagging indicators, engagement, champion creation, follow-up completion, pipeline influence, and adoption ## What We Are Looking For - 12+ years of experience in B2B technology across executive enablement, field marketing, transformation consulting, customer success, or enterprise GTM - 5+ years of leading complex cross-functional programs and teams - Proven experience designing executive-facing workshops, communities, and transformation programs for senior decision-makers - Hands-on fluency with AI tools and agent workflows - Strong program-management discipline, including timelines, measurement, and operating standards - Executive presence and judgment, with the ability to work with C-suite and influence across organizations - Data-driven approach, with the ability to separate vanity engagement from meaningful signal - Experience with GTM and programmatic skills - Strong communication and collaboration skills ## Nice to Have - Experience with AI research and deployment - Knowledge of the current AI landscape and emerging trends - Familiarity with Openai's products and services - Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Strong network of contacts in the AI and technology industry ## Benefits and Perks - Competitive salary and benefits package - Opportunity to work with a pioneering AI company - Collaborative and dynamic work environment - Professional development and growth opportunities - Flexible working hours and remote work options - Access to cutting-edge AI tools and technologies - Recognition and reward for outstanding performance - Comprehensive health and wellness programs - Generous parental leave policy
