About the Role

SOUS is seeking a Market Expansion Lead – Germany to scale the business from early traction to a repeatable, country-wide growth engine. You will operate like a startup within a startup, building on existing momentum, owning execution on the ground, and working closely with the founders and central team.

Responsibilities

  • Own new merchant acquisition in Germany (restaurants, chefs, and F&B brands)
  • Build on existing traction to scale merchant adoption nationally
  • Run full-cycle sales: outreach → close → onboarding
  • Build and close early pipeline, generating ARR
  • Identify the fastest-converting ICPs and GTM motions

Requirements

  • 3–6 years experience in sales, business development, or commercial roles
  • Experience in a startup or fast-growing scale-up
  • Local network in restaurants industry is a plus
  • Fluent in German and strong in English
