About the Role
The Experience Partner, Programs at Reddit is a pivotal role that focuses on creating and managing employee experience programs. This position is part of the Content and Community team and plays a vital role in driving engagement, connection, and community across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building community through events and programs, and a knack for polished, engaging design.As an Experience Partner, you will work closely with the Content & Community Manager to bring programs to life with excellence and consistency. Your primary goal will be to ensure that programs are well-run, scalable, and aligned with the broader Experience strategy, while maintaining a strong focus on employee participation and operational rigor.

What You Will Do
- Lead the execution of core Experience programs, including day-to-day operations and support for employee resource groups (ERGs), new hire onboarding (Reddit Odyssey), Snoo Community Funds, and other community-driven initiatives.
- Act as the primary partner for employee-led initiatives, supporting ERG leaders and community organizers with structure, tools, and guidance.
- Help own the operational backbone of Experience programming, ensuring programs are well-run, scalable, and aligned with the broader Experience strategy.
- Partner with the Content & Community Manager to bring programs to life with excellence and consistency.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Reddit's culture, values, and employee needs, using this knowledge to inform program development and execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Communications, HR, and Facilities, to ensure alignment and support for Experience programs.
- Analyze program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement, using data to inform decisions and drive results.
- Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring effective use of resources and alignment with business objectives.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with program execution, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in program management, community building, or a related field, with a focus on employee experience and engagement.
- Strong understanding of community building principles and practices, with experience developing and executing community-driven programs.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with employees, leaders, and external partners.
- Experience with program budgeting and financial management, with the ability to develop and manage program budgets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Experience with community engagement and participation strategies, with a focus on creating inclusive and diverse experiences.
- Strong understanding of Reddit's culture, values, and employee needs, with the ability to develop programs that align with these principles.
