The Experience Team at Reddit designs and delivers intentional, inclusive workplace experiences. The Experience Partner, Real Estate Leasing and Operations is responsible for the strategic management and optimization of the company’s global real estate portfolio.Responsibilities
- Serve as the strategic owner of Reddit’s global real estate portfolio operations, overseeing lease lifecycle management
- Drive data-informed portfolio planning, lease administration oversight, financial performance, and space optimization to support the company’s growth and evolving workplace strategy
Requirements
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing complex global lease negotiations and portfolios within a fast-paced technology environment
