About the Role

Addition Wealth is seeking an experienced financial professional to join their team in Canada. As a financial professional, you will play a crucial role in providing personalized financial expertise to clients, developing content, and contributing to the company's mission to make financial wellness accessible to all. You will work closely with the leadership team to create frameworks for expansion and drive the industry forward.

The role entails conducting one-on-one sessions with clients, providing education on various personal finance topics, and contributing to content development. You will also partner with the leadership team to create frameworks for expansion and help build new financial products.

What You Will Do

  • Conduct one-on-one sessions with clients to provide education on personal finance topics such as stock options, real estate, estate planning, retirement, budgeting, and debt management
  • Contribute to content development, programming, and product for the company
  • Partner with the leadership team to create frameworks for expansion
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve company goals
  • Participate in product development and improvement
  • Help build new financial products and services
  • Provide feedback and insights to the leadership team

What We Are Looking For

  • One or more active professional designations such as CFP (Certified Financial Planner), PFA (Professional Financial Advisor), or ChFC (Chartered Financial Consultant)
  • At least 4 years of experience in financial planning, managed accounts, or investment advisory
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively
  • Strong knowledge of personal finance and financial planning
  • Experience working with clients and providing exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
