What You Will Do

• Contribute to the development of Easygo's products and services, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and growth
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project requirements, ensuring that solutions meet business needs and are delivered on time
• Participate in the design, development, and implementation of new features and functionality, leveraging your expertise to inform technical decisions
• Work with the data team to analyze user behavior, identify trends, and optimize product performance
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, ensuring that knowledge is shared across the organization
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to improve Easygo's products and services
• Collaborate with the engineering team to resolve technical issues and improve overall system reliability
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring that high-quality code is delivered and best practices are followed
• Contribute to the development of Easygo's technical strategy, helping to shape the company's technology roadmap

What We Are Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in a relevant field (engineering, product, design, data, finance, legal, people & culture, or operations)
• Strong understanding of digital technologies and trends, with a passion for innovation and growth
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proven ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
• Strong technical skills, with proficiency in relevant tools and technologies (e.g., programming languages, data analysis software, design tools)
• Experience working with agile development methodologies, with a strong understanding of iterative development and continuous improvement
• Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the tech industry and its trends
• Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment, with a proven ability to self-manage and work independently

Nice to Have

• Experience working with cloud-based technologies and platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience working with data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, D3.js)
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices, with experience working in a secure development environment
