What You Will Do

• Contribute to the development of award-winning games, including LEGO Party, Moving Out, Thumb Drift, and One More Line
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including game development, art, animation, and design
• Develop and implement innovative solutions to complex problems
• Participate in the creation of original and iconic IP
• Work closely with the production team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of projects
• Contribute to the company's commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to improve the company's products and processes
• Participate in testing and quality assurance to ensure high-quality gaming experiences
• Collaborate with the studio ops team to maintain a positive and productive work environment

What We Are Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in game development, art, animation, or design
• Strong portfolio that showcases your skills and experience
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience with game development engines, such as Unity or Unreal Engine
• Knowledge of programming languages, such as C++, Java, or Python
• Experience with project management tools, such as Asana or Jira
• Strong understanding of the gaming industry and market trends

Nice to Have

• Experience with virtual reality or augmented reality development
• Knowledge of machine learning or artificial intelligence
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools
• Certification in game development, art, or design
