About the Role
The Transition Specialist role is an integral part of Accenture Australia's efforts to integrate its recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless candidate experience. As a member of the CyberCX team, now part of Accenture, you will be at the heart of this transition, working closely with the recruitment team to identify, assess, and place top talent. Your day-to-day activities will include managing candidate profiles, coordinating with the recruitment team, and ensuring that all processes are aligned with Accenture's standards.Given the nature of this role, you will be working remotely, utilizing your digital skills to collaborate with team members and interact with candidates. The ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team is crucial, as you will be relying on digital tools and platforms to perform your duties.

What You Will Do
- Manage the transfer of candidate profiles from the CyberCX recruitment database to Accenture's Workday recruitment platform.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure seamless integration of candidate data.
- Assess candidate profiles for current and future opportunities that match their skills and experience.
- Collaborate with the CyberCX team to align recruitment processes with Accenture's standards.
- Utilize digital tools to facilitate remote work, including video conferencing software and project management platforms.
- Ensure compliance with Accenture's privacy policies and applicable laws in handling candidate data.
- Develop and implement processes to enhance the candidate experience during the transition period.
- Provide support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, addressing queries and concerns.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the efficiency of the recruitment process, suggesting innovations where possible.
What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital recruitment platforms and tools.
- Experience with remote work and digital collaboration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of privacy laws and regulations regarding data handling.
- Experience with data management and analysis, preferably in a recruitment context.
- Certification in HR or a related field (desirable).
