What You Will Do

• Develop solutions that support and empower service providers in the healthcare industry
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and growth
• Work with a range of stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
• Identify and prioritize opportunities for growth and improvement
• Develop and implement strategies to drive customer engagement and satisfaction
• Analyze data and insights to inform decision-making and optimize solutions
• Contribute to the development of new products and services
• Work in an agile and dynamic environment, with a focus on continuous learning and improvement
• Participate in the development of the company's technology roadmap
• Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement new features

What We Are Looking For

• Proven experience in a digital role, preferably in the healthcare industry
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in a range of software and systems
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with a range of stakeholders
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and inform decision-making
• Passion for the healthcare industry and a commitment to making a positive impact
• Experience working in an agile and dynamic environment, with a focus on continuous learning and improvement
• Strong customer-centric skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines

Nice to Have

• Experience working with healthcare service providers, including NDIS, aged care, and allied health
• Knowledge of the Australian healthcare industry, including key trends and challenges
• Experience with product development and launch, including working with cross-functional teams
• Certification in a relevant field, such as digital marketing or healthcare technology
• Experience working with data analytics and insights to inform decision-making
