What You Will Do

• Provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the school
• Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote the school
• Support the finance team in managing school budgets and financial operations
• Assist in maintaining the school's facilities and grounds
• Contribute to the care and well-being of students in boarding or outside of school hours care
• Drive buses for school activities and events
• Clean and maintain school facilities to ensure a safe and healthy environment
• Support the IT department in maintaining and upgrading school technology
• Assist in the library with cataloging, shelving, and supporting students
• Provide general maintenance and repair services to ensure the school's facilities are in good condition

What We Are Looking For

• Relevant experience in administration, finance, marketing, or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
• Experience working in an educational setting (desirable but not essential)
• First aid certification (for some roles)
• Blue Card clearance (for roles working with children)
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Commitment to the school's values and mission

Nice to Have

• Experience with digital marketing tools and social media platforms
• Knowledge of graphic design and video production
