What You Will Do
- Provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the school
- Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote the school
- Support the finance team in managing school budgets and financial operations
- Assist in maintaining the school's facilities and grounds
- Contribute to the care and well-being of students in boarding or outside of school hours care
- Drive buses for school activities and events
- Clean and maintain school facilities to ensure a safe and healthy environment
- Support the IT department in maintaining and upgrading school technology
- Assist in the library with cataloging, shelving, and supporting students
- Provide general maintenance and repair services to ensure the school's facilities are in good condition
What We Are Looking For
- Relevant experience in administration, finance, marketing, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
- Experience working in an educational setting (desirable but not essential)
- First aid certification (for some roles)
- Blue Card clearance (for roles working with children)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
