About the Role

What You Will Do
- Operate and support scheduled system jobs and data integration processes to ensure seamless daily operations
- Monitor batch jobs, interfaces, and data pipelines to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions
- Investigate job failures, data conversion errors, and system inconsistencies, and develop solutions to prevent future occurrences
- Document operational processes, runbooks, and monitoring standards to maintain high-quality operations
- Collaborate with the development team to implement new system jobs and data integration processes
- Develop and maintain scripts to automate routine tasks and improve operational efficiency
- Perform incident analysis and recovery to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve operations
- Work closely with the QA team to ensure that system jobs and data integration processes meet the required standards
- Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical systems
- Develop and maintain technical documentation to support knowledge sharing and training
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in system operations, data integration, or a related field

- Experience with batch job scheduling and monitoring tools
