About the Role
The Female Vocalist role at Mercier Consultancy Group is an exciting opportunity for a talented singer to join a new pop group. As a key member of the group, you will collaborate with producers, songwriters, and other musicians to develop and refine the group's musical style. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include rehearsing, recording, and performing, as well as maintaining your vocal health and continuously improving your techniques.The ideal candidate will have a strong vocal range, confident stage presence, and excellent performance skills. You will be working closely with the group's team, including producers, songwriters, and other musicians, to create engaging music and performances.
What You Will Do
- Collaborate with producers, songwriters, and other group members to develop and refine the group's musical style
- Rehearse and prepare for performances and recordings
- Maintain vocal health and continuously improve vocal techniques
- Engage with fans and support the group's brand through various media and social platforms
- Participate in photo shoots, music videos, and other visual content creation
- Develop and refine your stage presence and performance skills
- Collaborate with the group's team to create engaging music and performances
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
- Participate in meetings and discussions to plan and strategy the group's activities
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience as a female vocalist or singer, preferably in pop or related music genres
- Strong vocal range and the ability to adapt to various musical styles
- Confident stage presence and excellent performance skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain vocal health and continuously improve vocal techniques
- Experience with recording and performing live
- Familiarity with music industry trends and developments
