About the Role
The Field Enablement Specialist plays a critical role in PagerDuty's Go-to-Market (GTM) Enablement team. As a 'utility player,' you will be responsible for building systems, modeling impact, and ensuring the knowledge ecosystem scales through automation. This role requires a rare hybrid of skills, including data science, instructional design, and operational strategy. You will work closely with the Principal team to set vision and drive revenue growth through data-driven enablement initiatives.In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from building revenue impact models in Python or SQL to designing high-fidelity learning modules. Your day-to-day responsibilities will be varied, and you will need to be adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do
- Build and maintain sophisticated data models that link enablement activity to hard revenue outcomes
- Leverage data science background to identify 'readiness gaps' before they impact the forecast
- Own the Tableau/Power BI enablement stack, turning raw Salesforce data into a narrative of field performance
- Identify manual bottlenecks in the enablement process and eliminate them using AI agents, Gong, and LLM-powered tools
- Use generative AI to turn complex product documentation into bite-sized, role-based learning assets
- Architect our field content structure to ensure the field has a 'single source of truth' that is just-in-time, on-demand, searchable, modular, and AI-optimized
- Rapidly develop high-quality, multi-modal content that adheres to adult learning principles
- Help manage the drumbeat of field communications, ensuring product updates and sales plays are communicated clearly and concisely
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Biz Ops, and Sales Ops to ensure enablement initiatives are synchronized with the broader business calendar
What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in a high-growth Enablement, Sales Ops, or Revenue Ops function
- Strong background in data science, instructional design, and operational strategy
- Expertise in GTM, Salesforce, and data analytics
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar data visualization tools
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent communication and project management skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI-powered tools, such as Gong or LLM
- Knowledge of Python or SQL programming languages
- Familiarity with Generative AI and its applications in enablement
