What You Will Do
- Participate in and support the full overhaul and maintenance of turbomachinery equipment during planned turnarounds and outages
- Provide assistance and support in the supervision of third-party contractors and maintenance personnel
- Monitor and inspect repair and maintenance activities to guarantee work quality and compliance with industry best practices
- Uphold and enforce strict safety protocols and procedures for all on-site work
- Document all maintenance, repair, and overhaul activities, preparing detailed technical reports and recommendations
- Effectively manage and monitor on-site activities and communications remotely, utilizing modern communication and project management tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and optimize maintenance strategies
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and reduce costs
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging trends, applying this knowledge to continuously improve maintenance practices
What We Are Looking For
- A Diploma or Vocational Training Certificate in a Mechanical discipline
- Fresh graduates with a strong mechanical aptitude and relevant internships or foundational experience in industrial maintenance or machinery
- 1-3 years of experience in the maintenance, overhaul, or repair of turbomachinery equipment
- A solid understanding of mechanical principles, fault diagnostics, and maintenance practices related to rotating equipment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to learn how to effectively supervise and manage contractors and maintenance teams
- Comprehensive knowledge of industrial safety standards and a commitment to safe work practices
- Proficiency in Excel and other relevant software applications
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
