About the Role
The Field Marketing Lead position at Braze is a unique opportunity for a highly driven and detail-oriented individual to lead field marketing and partner events for the EMEA region. This role is pivotal in strategizing, evaluating, and collaborating with internal cross-functional teams to efficiently carry out regional events across key markets and with key partners in the Braze Partner Marketing Ecosystem. The goal is to deliver on regional pipeline objectives, working closely with the sales team to ensure alignment and success.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the annual events calendar, including strategy and execution of all EMEA events from concept to execution. This involves venue and vendor sourcing, project management, and budget reconciliation. The ability to work cross-functionally with marketing and regional stakeholders is crucial to ensure all deliverables and deadlines are identified and met throughout the development, budget and fee negotiations, legal compliance, design, programming, and enablement phases of projects.

What You Will Do
- Lead the annual events calendar, including strategy and execution of all EMEA events from concept to execution
- Work cross-functionally with marketing and regional stakeholders to ensure all deliverables and deadlines are identified and met
- Drive regional event programming and content delivery, being the project lead with HQ content leads to help programming/speakers on the development of content
- Collaborate effectively with EMEA Partnerships and Partner Marketing in HQ to ensure partners are leveraged to drive field marketing strategy and pipeline goals
- Collaborate with HQ brand team to ensure events are within brand guidelines
- Lead the Central region go-to-market, focusing on DACH and Eastern Europe
- Research and evaluate top DACH industry events, consulting Partnerships leads in the region and HQ for integration of partners into field marketing strategy
- Screen event recommendations from go-to-market teams, scouting and securing event venues for owned events
- Source and manage DACH-specific vendors and consultants
- Oversee on-site production and trouble-shooting at all sponsored and owned events
- Manage event assets (physical, digital, and promotional)
- Focus on sales enablement on events and reporting on event success with data-driven metrics
What We Are Looking For
- Experienced field marketing professional with a proven track record in event management and partner marketing
- Strong understanding of GTM, Salesforce, and Excel
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Experience in managing budgets and negotiating with vendors
- Knowledge of the DACH and Eastern European markets, with an understanding of the local event landscape
