About the Role

As a Field Marketing Manager, you'll play a key role in building enterprise marketing programs that drive pipeline creation and enhance business outcomes. Your contributions will be critical in connecting marketing initiatives with sales goals.

Responsibilities

  • Run executive dinners, roundtables, and small-format programs for CISOs and VMs.
  • Collaborate with Sales to create regional field plans that include:
- Target account lists - Goals - Offers - Follow-up motions
  • Manage the strategy and execution of major events such as RSA and Black Hat, including organizing meetings.
  • Develop repeatable partner event kits that include agendas and talk tracks.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in field marketing, particularly in the tech or cybersecurity sector.
  • Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and Excel.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Experience in high-stakes event planning and execution.
