About the Role
Anthropic is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to own and scale its partner marketing events strategy across North America. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record of partnering with channel, technology, and alliance partners to build and execute impactful field events.Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of partner-driven field events across North America
- Build and manage a regional partner events calendar in coordination with the partnerships and sales teams
- Identify, recruit, and collaborate with strategic partners on co-marketing event opportunities that generate joint pipeline
- Negotiate partner sponsorship commitments, co-funding arrangements, and event deliverables
Requirements
- Proven experience in field marketing, particularly in managing partner events and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships
- Expertise in GTM, HubSpot, and Salesforce
- Strong negotiation and project management skills
