About the Role
The Field Marketing Specialist at Twilio is a critical role that drives the execution of marketing programs and campaigns across the ANZ region. This includes in-person and virtual events, account-based marketing programs, outbound prospecting campaigns, and digital campaigns. What You Will Do
- Execute field marketing programs to drive lead generation and pipeline acceleration across ANZ, including physical and digital events, webinars, and account-based marketing activities.
- Partner closely with the ANZ sales team to understand pipeline needs, gather field feedback, and ensure marketing programs are aligned to sales priorities and customer segments.
- Localise and adapt global and regional campaign messaging, content, and assets for the ANZ market, ensuring relevance for Australian and New Zealand audiences.
- Plan and deliver in-person events end-to-end, from venue selection and agency management to attendee registration, content development, logistics, and post-event lead follow-up.
- Launch and manage integrated digital campaigns across channels, including email, social media, paid media, and paid advertising.
- Collaborate with regional and global marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective use of resources.
- Analyze campaign results, providing data-driven insights to optimize future marketing initiatives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales teams, event vendors, and agency partners.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to continuously improve marketing strategies.
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in field marketing or a related role, preferably in the tech or software industry.
- Proven track record of executing successful marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and pipeline growth.
- Strong understanding of the ANZ market, including local trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
- Experience with GTM and Salesforce, or similar marketing automation and CRM systems.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze campaign results and provide actionable insights.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
