## About the Role As a Field Marketing Specialist at Twilio, you will play a critical role in executing marketing programs and campaigns across the Rest of Asia region. You will report to the Head of Field Marketing, Asia, and work closely with the sales team to drive pipeline creation, brand awareness, and revenue growth. This role is ideal for a creative and motivated marketer who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and is passionate about delivering impactful, localized marketing programs. The field marketing team at Twilio is responsible for bringing the company's brand-to-revenue GTM programs to life in the market. As a Field Marketing Specialist, you will be the engine behind the ROA field marketing execution, planning and delivering a broad range of marketing activities including digital campaigns, in-person and virtual events, account-based marketing programs, and outbound prospecting campaigns. Twilio is committed to remote-first work, and this role offers the opportunity to work from the comfort of your home while being part of a vibrant team with diverse experiences making a global impact each day. ## What You Will Do - Execute field marketing programs to drive lead generation and pipeline acceleration, including physical and digital events, webinars, outbound prospecting campaigns, and account-based marketing activities across ROA.
- Partner closely with the ROA sales team to understand pipeline needs, gather field feedback, and ensure marketing programs are aligned to sales priorities and customer segments.
- Localize and adapt global and regional campaign messaging, content, and assets for the ROA market, ensuring relevance for ASEAN, India, and South Korea audiences.
- Plan and deliver in-person events end-to-end, from venue selection and agency management to attendee registration, content development, and execution.
- Manage and optimize marketing budget to ensure maximum ROI and efficiency.
- Collaborate with regional and global marketing teams to ensure demand creation activities are delivered effectively and thoughtfully.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the B2B buying journey in ROA, including customer needs, preferences, and pain points.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market developments, identifying opportunities to drive growth and innovation.
- Analyze campaign results, providing insights and recommendations to improve future marketing initiatives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales teams, customer success managers, and external partners.
- Proven track record of executing successful marketing programs and campaigns that drive pipeline creation and revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of the B2B buying journey, including customer needs, preferences, and pain points.
- Experience with GTM strategies, Salesforce, and marketing automation platforms.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze campaign results and provide insights and recommendations.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong network and relationships in the ROA region, with the ability to leverage these to drive business growth.
- Knowledge of the cloud communication and technology industry, including trends, competitors, and market developments.
- Certification in marketing automation, Salesforce, or a related platform.
- Experience with data analytics, including campaign analysis and ROI measurement.
- Fluency in multiple languages, including English, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
