## About the Role The Field Reliability Engineer at Honeycomb.io plays a vital role in ensuring the company's customer-facing managed infrastructure operates smoothly. This includes managing Refinery as a Service (RaaS) and Honeycomb Private Cloud (HnyPC) deployments across multiple AWS accounts and regions. As a key member of the Platform Engineering team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining Terraform modules, Helm charts, and deployment automation. Your work will have a direct impact on Honeycomb's ability to deliver high-quality services to its clients. The role is part of a fully distributed company, which means you will be working remotely and collaborating with a team of highly skilled professionals.
