About the Role

As a Field Sales Agent at Teya, you will be the face of the company in the field, responsible for building relationships with clients and driving business growth. What You Will Do

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the fintech industry
  • Strong understanding of the fintech industry and its trends
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Czech and English languages (C1 and B2 respectively)
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong drive and motivation to achieve sales targets
  • Experience with sales software and CRM systems
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and its applications in sales
