About the Role
The Field Sales Executive role at Wolters Kluwer is a unique opportunity to drive profitable sales growth within an established account base of CPA firms. This role requires a deep understanding of Tax & Accounting products and a consultative sales approach to identify and meet the needs of clients. What You Will Do
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at CPA firms
- Conduct needs assessments to understand the business requirements of CPA firms and position Wolters Kluwer's solutions accordingly
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of solutions and provide exceptional customer service
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to identify new sales opportunities
- Utilize CRM tools, such as Salesforce, to manage sales activities, track customer interactions, and analyze sales performance
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and other performance metrics as required
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the existing customer base and beyond
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Wolters Kluwer's cloud software solutions and their applications in the Tax & Accounting industry
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field
- At least 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the software or SaaS industry
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and expanding customer bases
- Strong understanding of Tax & Accounting products and the ability to communicate their value to clients
- Proficiency in CRM tools, such as Salesforce
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage time effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with cloud-based software solutions and SaaS business applications
