About the Role

The Field Sales Representative role at Arrow Electronics is an exciting opportunity for a skilled SaaS sales professional to join a leading company in the industry. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and winning new customers across an assigned territory, building pipeline from scratch, and engaging decision-makers to close new businesses. You will work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to deliver tailored SaaS and data-centric solutions that address customer challenges.

The role requires a strong SaaS background, a self-starter mentality, and the drive to own your region end-to-end. What You Will Do

  • Identify and win new customers across an assigned territory
  • Build pipeline from scratch and engage decision-makers to close new businesses
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and demand creation
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored SaaS and data-centric solutions
  • Prepare and deliver compelling QBRs and proposals to customers and senior stakeholders
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to uncover new opportunities
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in Salesforce
  • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Engage stakeholders across technical, commercial, and executive functions
  • Define critical markets and build a strong pipeline of new business opportunities

What We Are Looking For

  • 2-3 years of experience in field or outside sales, with a strong SaaS background
  • Proven track record of hunting and winning new business
  • Experience across UK & Ireland, Benelux, or Nordic markets is an advantage
  • Familiarity with the electronics industry or supply chain is a plus
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Self-starter who works independently and thrives with minimal guidance
  • Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM tools
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
  • Willingness to travel as required

  • Experience with data-centric solutions and analytics tools
