About the Role
The Finance Administrator role at Innergy Consulting is a critical support function to the Chief Finance Officer (CFO) and the finance department. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, coordinating complex scheduling, and managing sensitive information. Your expertise in digital tools, attention to detail, and organizational skills will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of the finance department.The role is based in Singapore and offers the opportunity to work with a global shipping client, providing exposure to a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Finance Administrator, you will be working closely with the CFO and the finance department, requiring strong communication and interpersonal skills.

What You Will Do
- Assist the CFO and finance department with administrative tasks, including preparation of loan documentation and accounts receivable management
- Coordinate complex scheduling and manage the CFO's calendar, including travel arrangements and client management
- Compile, print, and bind management reports on a periodic basis
- Manage professional and personal scheduling, including agendas, mail, email, and calls
- Coordinate travel and travel-related activities, including hotel booking, transportation, and meal coordination
- Assist in preparing expense reimbursements for submission to finance
- Provide administrative support to the finance department, including typing, dictation, and spreadsheet creation
- Maintain the filing system and contact database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Manage the CFO's house rentals and coordinate with HR and Treasury on renewals
- Perform other administrative tasks as required
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum GCE A Levels or a Diploma in Business Management or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or department secretary capacity
- Experience supporting a finance/accounts department is preferred
- Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
- Strong time-management skills and ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects
- Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done
- Adaptable and enjoys a challenge
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Independent, reliable, and pro-active
- Strong command of English, both oral and written
Nice to Have
- Experience with SAP or similar software
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Certification in business administration or a related field
