About the Role
The Finance and Accounting Manager will play a critical role in overseeing the day-to-day financial operations of Catch Creation, a global e-commerce company. This includes managing payments, reconciliations, and financial reporting, as well as ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The successful candidate will report directly to the CEO and will have the opportunity to grow into a broader finance leadership position.As a key member of the team, the Finance and Accounting Manager will work closely with various stakeholders to drive business growth through strategic financial planning. This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

What You Will Do
- Manage payments and disbursements, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare and execute wire transfers, credit card payments, and payroll audits
- Reconcile purchase orders, daily cash, bank and credit card statements, and ad spend
- Ensure accurate financial data and maintain clean books
- Prepare and review financial reports, including month-end and year-end close processes
- Manage sales tax compliance and registration for new nexus states
- Coordinate with external tax partners and support audit documentation
- Develop and improve finance SOPs and workflows
- Support ad-hoc reporting and analysis for leadership
What We Are Looking For
- Licensed CPA (Philippines) with 5+ years of accounting experience
- Prior experience supporting US-based companies, preferably in e-commerce
- Familiarity with e-commerce accounting, payment processors, chargebacks, inventory, and COGS
- Experience with sales tax compliance, multi-state, and international filings
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work during US business hours (EST overlap required)
- Experience with QuickBooks, Fulfil.io, TaxJar, Shopify, and Google Sheets
- Strong organizational, reliable, and detail-oriented skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with Google Ads and social media advertising
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and other e-commerce platforms
- Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools
- Certification in accounting or a related field
